Cotswold Cheese

 I decided to make Cotswold cheese yesterday. The recipe is from Artisan Cheesemaking. I used De Smet Dairy Raw Cows Milk 4 gallons in order to make 2 different

I know it’s traditionally made with onion and chive but I did not have any on hand so I used the garlic. I think it will taste great.
